To register and maintain an active player account on bs5555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

All financial transactions on the bs5555 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bs5555 does not charge currency conversion fees for players depositing or withdrawing in Taka. The following payment methods are currently supported:

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bs5555 wallet within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day. Withdrawals are processed after successful KYC identity verification. Once approved, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within two (2) to six (6) hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. bs5555 does not charge a withdrawal fee, though your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

bs5555 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large, where account activity is inconsistent with normal play patterns, or where there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity. Such checks will be completed as quickly as possible and players will be notified of any delay.

By using the bs5555 Platform, you agree to act in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Technical Exploitation: Using software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated assistance to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform itself.
• Abuse of Support: Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward bs5555 customer support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or access the Platform while under the age of 18, or allowing a minor to use your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bs5555 account username, password, and any other security credentials. You must notify bs5555 immediately at support@bs5555.org if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. bs5555 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain reasonable account security.

All games available on the bs5555 Platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface and, where applicable, by the rules of the supplying game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others).

bs5555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods or identity documents
• Confirmed underage gambling or reasonable suspicion thereof
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) or more months
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request submitted via the Responsible Gaming tools or customer support
• Receipt of a formal legal or regulatory instruction requiring account closure

If your account is suspended for investigation, you will be notified by email to your registered address within 48 hours of the suspension being applied. During a suspension period, access to your account balance is restricted. If the investigation concludes in your favour, access will be reinstated and any accrued promotions credited accordingly.

Upon permanent account closure for a Terms violation, any account balance may be forfeited where the violation involves fraud, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse. Where closure is initiated by the player voluntarily or for responsible gaming reasons, the remaining balance (after deducting any pending or active bonus that has not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within ten (10) business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bs5555 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate account security
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform resulting from factors outside bs5555's reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, mobile network failures, force majeure events, or third-party system failures
• Any loss arising from a player's reliance on incorrect information displayed due to a technical error, provided that bs5555 acts promptly to correct the error upon discovery
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if bs5555 has been advised of the possibility of such losses
• The content, accuracy, or availability of third-party websites that may be referenced on the Platform for informational purposes

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit bs5555's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of fair dealing and good faith. Any provision found to be unenforceable shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The headings used in these Terms are for convenience only and do not form part of the binding agreement between you and bs5555.
